Spending the day with my parents

It was so nice to have my parents come up to the homestead for the day. We grilled steaks and showed them around the place. 

My mom is so good about teaching my kids things. She has so much patience. She could sit and do a puzzle, or work on colors for hours. I don’t have that quality and I wish I did.

The twins, seperated by a few years. Rock looks so much like my dad as a baby. It is so perfect that we named him Rock Charles after my dad. He loves his Papa. I hope he grows up to be just like him.

No one grills like Papa.

I had to add a few pics from my favorit spot up there for lightig. There is a window in the cabin that faces North that has the most beautiful lighting I have ever found. I love shooting the kids there.
