my spring garden

I have to say that this was my best crop yet.  Everything was beautiful. We have had a beautiful spring this year! I was the most happy with my carrots.  I know most people grow them with ease, however for some reason I can not get good carrots.. I finally figured it out, and they were Delicious. It’s ALL about the soil and spacing. We have had lettuce and spinach coming out our ears. There is nothing better than having no food in the cupboards and in a pinch for dinner when you realize that you have salad in the back yard. Luckily my kids gobble up salad.. they love it. Now to have fresh milk is the next adventure… GOATS.
