Yesterday my sister and I headed down town, for the rare occasion of being without our kids, and had a nice relaxing time.
There were so many things I wanted to buy. Really awesome creations and super crafty people. I have a real problem with these things. I tend to say about 200 times “I love that, but I can make that.” And I really think I could… Problem: No time!!! I can’t tell you how many yards of fabric, vintage buttons, felt, old sweaters I’m saving and sequins and beads I have in my craft room just waiting for my super crafty hands to get a hold of them. My husband would start quoting scripture right now, like he always does, and say 1 To every thing there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven:

Yes, I know… it is painful for me to put this photo up because I know it is out of focus. However to my defense I wasn’t behind the camera (have no idea what happened). I had to post it because this guy was just awesome. Hey Summer… How did you get your hands on his gun? I didn’t notice that before.
No, not our dates. But rad threads.
This was so funny… We were trying to get a photo of ourselves. I handed my camera to one of the vendors and as she was taking it a lady watching said, “she’s got horns coming out of her head”. I couldn’t figure out what the heck she was talking about… (until I saw the photo) we laughed and laughed.
